After having built Mindjet, a successful software company with almost 200 employees worldwide, and having battled Mike's leukemia for nearly 20 years, we have focused our energy on a new creative endeavor. It has always been important for us to create something which reflects our values and passion. Our new product, Coaching Sanctuary, is a web application for women over 40 designed to help them create the rest of their lives with intention, integrity and the love of friends.

The idea to create a place for women over forty was crystalized by talking to several of our female friends who had gone through divorce, cared for their ailing parents, had lingering health issues or just wanted to hike the Inca trail leading up to Machu Picchu. All of them had close friends who could potentially support them, but were so tied up by their hectic daily routines that it was challenging for them to stay in touch. Also, many of them did not want to bother their friends with any their own challenges.

With Coaching Sanctuary we have developed an integrated set of fun and easy-to-use tools that guide women along the path to a more fulfilled and intentional life. The tools--tuning into the Five Creative Powers, Journaling, Actions and Practices, the Vision Board, Goal Setting, Sharing, and Giving--reinforce and accelerate the transformational process throughout someone's personal growth and journey. The tools are used in tandem during the first phase of the transformation so that you reap as much benefit as possible from the process. Later, as you become more skilled and comfortable with the features of the Coaching Sanctuary, you may choose to use the tools separately to update your Visions and Goals, set new Practices, encourage your friends on their Journey, and make donations to support other women.
